Carbon, LLC is private company specialized in manufacturing of oilfield equipment and services providing for oil and gas wells drilling. The Company operates in Ukraine since 1998. The founders of the Company are professional high qualified specialists having considerable skills in oil and gas wells drilling field. Manufacturing facilities of Carbon, LLC are based in Poltava city - the center of oilfield industry of Ukraine.
The Company’s main activities are as follows:
Manufacturing.
Oil and gas wells casing equipment:
- stage collars;
- well casing sectional run equipment sets;
- liner hangers;
- cementing heads.
Well workover equipment:- casing disconnectors.
Mills.Fishing Tools.
Crossovers manufacturing and threads cutting.
Company provides full range of services, related to manufactured equipment, including:
- rent of cementing manifolds and running tools;
- servicing at equipment run and set in well.
The main company’s business is producing and service of oil and gas wells casing equipment. Before Carbon LLC foundation, its founders, beside other, were involved in solving of well casing problems for considerable time. For a long time with own efforts there carried working out of tie back devices, which permit to strain casing sections after their coupling, that is a new challenged trend in world practice. A wide range of inventions and innovation proposals in oilwell casing field are as a result of this activity. Application of worked out sets of appliances to case wells with strained sections, permits considerably enhance quality of well cementing.
Since its starting-up there were made casing more then 400 wells in extreme complicate conditions.
Now, Carbon, LLC holds about 10% share of the entire Ukrainian market of sectional casing equipment.

In 2008 to provide foreign economic activity affiliated company Pilot Drilling Technologies, LLC was established. This service company in particular is exclusive representative of products and services of Carbon LLC on foreign markets outside of Ukraine.
